30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchase from Salt & Lightning. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. (Services are excluded from the return policy)
Return Requirements:
- Services are excluded from the return policy, and are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Products must be in unopened, unused condition.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping fees.
- There is no restocking fee.
Manufacturer Defects or Damages:
- If your product arrives with a manufacturer defect or is damaged during transit, we will cover 100% of the cost of return shipping and waive any restocking fees.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective or damaged product.
- You will need to submit photos of the defect or damage to not delay processing of your return
Return Process:
- Contact us to initiate a return and receive a return authorization number.
- Pack the product securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include all accessories and documentation.
- Write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided along with the return authorization number.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to initiate an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and additional shipping fees may apply.
